Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 2–4 business days

• International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on country)

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or courier issues.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier. We will assist, but we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
