1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging

• The seal is not broken (for dietary supplements)

• The item is not damaged or altered

For health and safety reasons, opened supplement bottles cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace the item at no cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used items

• Gift cards

• Promotional items

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
